Britbox App Fault

Been using the Youview Britbox app for a few months. Most programmes play fine but some newer additions have the attached message (see photo). eg Grange Hill S4. The shows play OK on the Android app so I'm guessing there's a fault with Youview? Anyone else experienced this?

I've just tried several episodes of Grange Hill S4 and they all play OK for me on my YouView T2000 retail box.
It might be worth signing out from the app and Signing back in again to see if that helps. Your account page in the app should also show the app version (5.1.0-35 build 35 is what shows for me), otherwise can you let us know which box you have, and the software versions it's running.

I dont have Britbox myself as have no interest in getting it.
Have you tried an apps update.
Also try rebooting the box to see if that works.
We believe this issue to be fixed by Britbox now, would you be able to retry the affected content and let us know if you are still experiencing problems?
