    My old home screen came back for some reason.  Box says I'm running the most up to date software. Very strange
    @Catherine Duda

    How old? Before the one everyone above was complaining about?

    What model box have you got?

    Can you post a screenshot?

    @Roy
    Hi, It's DN372T.01.01.P  Huawei. Variant 001.  Software 3.7.234(6507e3) Man 72.48.91.
    I actually quite like this home screen, it's just odd that it changed back for no reason.  The apps and channels still update so it's not a problem

    Hi "Catherine Duda"

    Thanks for coming back on this.

    According to:-
    https://support.youview.com/youview-box/software-updates/talktalk-software-update-60-48-91-and-72-48-91-3-7-234/

    that release came out on March 30th, 20 days after your last post here, and will have taken anything from 0-50 days to be delivered to you; but even this update has not (re)delivered the latest Home Screen, where the horizontal text list of headings becomes a vertical list of icons on the left, each with a horizontal set of thumbnails to the right of it.

    Which is what I presume your Home Screen has changed back from?

    I don’t have a TalkTalk box, and TalkTalk isn’t my ISP, so I’m wondering if someone (maybe @Stevef_fr8ys) can confirm whether a fully up-to-date TalkTalk YouView box should have the new layout, or still have this older one?

    I do vaguely recollect that YouView jumped the gun with some UI update in the past, and fixed it by reissuing the Component Software, but I can’t remember if it was this, or something else entirely 😢

    I also think a fair few people would like to know the secret of this, and how to revert their Home Screens back to the presentation you show 😛

    Both my TalkTalk boxes have this layout. I've never had the Humax vertical layout on my TalkTalk boxes.

    So maybe it was some other layout that @Catherine Duda’s YouView box reverted from?

    Or maybe some TalkTalk customers initially got that layout by mistake, now corrected?

    I did have the vertical one that everyone was complaining about, but just as I was getting used to it, it reverted back to the one in the screenshot. I was briefly on the myview testing panel, so I don't know if that had anything to do with it.

    So was I ( on 2 boxes) neither of which were updated. I did however get my 2d in first saying how awful it was and hoping it was shelved for TalkTalk as the Humax box with it on is now my slowest responding box. I am lucky that 1 of my Humax boxes has also not received it. I know why but if I tell I will have to shoot you! ;)
