Updates for 2100

 Hi I got updates this morning but nothing has updated at all. I had to turn it off twice to get a pic after waiting for a few hours as usual waiting for it to move off of 0% updating .  This is the 2nd time in the last 2 weeks tis has happened  . My model is not on your list to update is this right. Anyone know anything  at all please . Thanks

    an update is rolling out to DTR-T2100s at the moment.

    So it is right that your box is trying to update, but not right that it is failing to.

    Apart from this, is your box otherwise OK?

    If so, I would suggest trying a Maintenance Mode Option 2; this make shake out any problems in the running software, will not delete your recordings, and may well retry the update after it has refreshed the current software.
