I cannot go on apps because of this I have tried everything I have read and nothing is working

    YVM102 certainly means no Player apps will work.
    So have you worked through this:-

    and got to item 6, and here you are?

    If not, please work through the above.

    If you have though (or you do, but to no avail) can you get a laptop, turn off its wifi, plug the ‘YouView end’ of the Ethernet cable into the laptop, and see if you can access the internet on its browser or not?

    And let us know the answer, and we will go from there with further advice, depending on what the answer you give is.

    Also, please tell us anything else you have tried not covered by the above, and:-
    make and model of YouView box;
    who your ISP is;
    whether you are on subscription or not, if the answer to that is BT, PlusNet or TalkTalk.
