lack of alexa again

hello has alexa been disabled again as she has decided not to find anything  and just says i couldn't find any enabled skills that can do that . i have tried asking her is multiple ways ,I've disabled enabled in the alexa app ,unpaired - paired from bt tv stb  or is it just me  ta

    I'm afraid Alexa on youview aspires to rudimental. It really isn't worth bothering with.

    Sometimes Alexa works and sometimes it don't on Youview.
    I have sort of given up using Alexa voice search on Youview.

    @awelshman do you have the BT TV skill or YouView skill paired? Try saying "Alexa, search for EastEnders, on YouView" or "...on B.T. T.V." (with a larger gap between BT and TV than you might normally say). What exactly is the reply if it still doesn't work?

    absolutely amazing  today she works every time  , i think she must of had a cob on for some reason  .i asked her all sorts of ways on  youview  and every time she worked .i have another alexa on a t2000  box in the other room and that now works too       thanks everyone

    Its not very good or reliable.
    I'm now happy with the disagree icon, because its gone.
