Netflix is the only app that works
Around the beginning of March 2021 IPlayer, ITVhub, channel 4 catch-up and My5 stopped working on my Humax Youview DTRT2000 box. When you press the button it tries to load but then goes back to the normal screen. Netflix however loads and I can watch movies on that. I have followed all the instructions to try and get IPlayer etc.back but none of them have worked.
Can anyone help please?

It would be fairly unusual, though, for the date and time to go wrong on a YouView box, though I have seen this in the past.
But this is the first thing you should check.
If it is the problem, then try a soft reset; while not recording nor about to, touch the On/standby button (on the left of the fascia) for just over 8 seconds until the box reboots.
This won’t affect your recordings, or even your settings, but may put the date and time correct.
If this isn’t the problem though, or it is but the soft reset doesn’t fix it, please come back and report, and we will offer more advice.
So I take it the box time and date are correct?
In which case, the next thing to try is a Maintenance Mode Option 2 reset, as here:-
