Box won't play recordings

    Hi David, 
    Welcome to the Forum :) 
    I've moved your post to its own thread as the one you posted on is a year old. Can you please confirm your box model and the manufacturers, component and platform configuration software versions it's running on? You can find these by going to Settings > Box Information and Software Information. 
    It'd also be useful to know what happens when you try and play a recordings and if you get any error codes.
