This is a maintenance release for DN360T & DN372T devices and contains no new features.

I got DN360T. I got the message: We can't update your software. 
I no longer am with TalkTalk, but with a different provider. Could this be the reason for this message or does anyone know, why this shows ?

No, changing provider makes no difference here.

Follow the link in @Sarah’s posting, where you will read:-

“Important information

This is a phased software release therefore some boxes will receive this update before others.”

i.e. your box is still in the queue. Expect this update to reach it sometime in the next few weeks.
