My5 on new iPad.

Just bought a new iPad. Can’t download My5 at all. Just doesn’t work. It works ok on the old iPad and the iPhone. Not desperately worried about this but can anyone cast any light on the problem?

    It not being a YouView question doesn’t stop you asking, and anyone knowledgeable on here replying, but you may have more luck with Apple support.

    My 128GB iPad Pro A1674, new in 2018, on iPadOS 14.6 has no trouble at all finding My5 in the Apple App Store, downloading it, and running it.

    So what differs between us? Model? Age? OS? etc.
