@Jim Nixon If your Signal Quality reading is 10-15%, then it is surprising that you have got a picture. The Signal Quality reading should be 100%. Any less means that information is being lost, even if the picture looks OK. A Signal Strength reading of 95% is quite high, and sometimes reducing the signal strength with an attenuator can improve signal quality.
