Preview Guide screen fault?

Why recently after powering on it says:- 'Guide Preview Unavailable' there's no issue as described about connection to my router, then this confusing message deletes itself!

So for what reason has this been reoccurring for nearly a couple of months?

    I can’t say why it’s been happening, but it looks like a state the box gets itself into, and here are YouView’s instructions for getting out of it:-

    If you try this, and get to step 3, posting here, again, do come back, as we have a more drastic reset we can offer (but still preserving your recordings).

    But try the gentler one first, as it may be enough to fix it.
