Loss of all apps except Netflix on humax dtrt2000 after update in november

A message came up on my humax saying its time to get updated
I allowed it to do this but after all functions of youview were lost
No apps open
No programs can be restarted
Tried switching box off and resetting router but nothing changes

    Welcome to the forum :) 
    Just to confirm, have the apps disappeared from your apps menu or are they just not opening? It'd also be useful to know if you get any error messages when you try and open the apps or launch on-demand content from the guide.

    The usual reason that only Netflix works (assuming the title of your post is applicable) is that the clock on the box does not agree with GMT.

    Are you able to see what date and time is shown on the box, and if so, is it correct or is it wrong?
