The issue in the thread you posted to previously was resolved back in August so this is likely to be a separate issue.
Can you please let us know your YouView box model and the software it is running on? You can find this in Settings > Box Information and Software Information. It'd also be useful if you could let us know some examples of series/episode numbers for Poirot so we know which ones to test on our end.
