No Settings or Wheel access on BTTV

I have a 'new' type BTTV box installed in September 2021. I cannot finf how you access the Settings. Its not on the top line that you access via the blue button nor is there a 'wheel' type icon available on the screen that I have read can be used to access the settings. Any ideas would be helpful please?

    Hi @aptus
    The settings cog can be found in the top right corner of the screen. You usually need to tap up once from the main menu section and then right once to get to it (see photo for reference). 
    If you can't see this on your screen, can you take a photo so we can see what is available on the screen for you?
