The box is running slow,  done reboots of box and software is up to date, and remote is ok

    What model of box is it?

    What internet speed are you getting?

    How is the box connected to the router? Direct Ethernet cable, or with PowerLine Adaptors, or what?

    What make is the router, and who is your ISP?

    Is your YouView box on a subscription, and if so is it yours, or just lent to you by your ISP?
