Hi all, 

Please feel free to discuss the latest BT Software Update 32.135.0 / 3.7.216 here. 

This is a maintenance update with no new features. This is a phased rollout so not all boxes will receive the update at the same time.

    Box updated today with this software update. Box is now slow to respond to requested selections via remote. Box has been unplugged and restarted but issue remains.

    Can you try resetting your remote control? If that doesn't help, does this happen on all remote key presses or is it just for certain things?

    Think our box just updated - the guide screen now seems to cover a much shorter period than it did before. Has the font changed ?
