My subscription for NOW tv doesnt work on my YOUview box.

Joined Talktalk again after a 18 month break. Received all cables and hub, and Talktalk TV box TTHUAWEIDN360T but other Apps work, prime, Netflix but not the NOW tv app. Even though have received email confirmation of payment, it wont work or even acknowledge I have a subscription.

    What Now subscription(s) did you buy, and who from, TalkTalk or Now Direct?

    How exactly are you trying to sign in to Now, UserId and Password, and what exactly happens when you do?
