Keep getting this error message when using Now tv have rebooted box and adapters and it works only to happen again a bit later. What else do i need to do.?

    if you haven’t already, work through the steps here:-

    If the box reboot was just a power cycle, then try the soft reset; while not recording or about to, touch the On/Standby button on the box for just over 8 seconds, until it soft reboots itself.

    And if this does not cure it, or it is still only a temporary fix, come back for something stronger, also letting us know what the box model is, who your ISP is, if you have it on a BT or TalkTalk subscription, and if you Now subscription is direct with Now, or via BT, TalkTalk, or Apple.

    And also if other Players also give you this issue, or if it is solely with Now.
