I've dived in on Paramount+'s 7 day free trail for its 3 SNW Star Trek episodes (which are very good BTW) only to find they haven't dropped anymore, which is disappointing. I may watch HALO next before the 7 days run out. I can wait for the rest of Star Trek. Anson Mounts hair honestly needs its own series.

Yes therein lies another problem, The likes of Apple and occasionally Disney have cottoned on to the dipping in scenario so occasionally drip feed the latest offerings. Looks like Paramount are doing the same.
Que relevant but nine times out of ten unfunny response from the Royster and the now obligatory venom filled but totally irrelevant response from bandwagon jumper Dimb.

I have taken Paramount + but may cancel after my 7 days free trail. Only as there is still not enough content on there for me and a few shows on there I never watched in the first place when they was on Sky Atlantic.

My wife has discovered Yellowstone, so it looks like we are doomed to subscribe to Paramount+ for a while. Amazon is non-negotiable, Now is covered for a year or more, Apple TV is on a three month freebie, Disney+ is on family sharing; looks like I am going to have to bust Netflix down to SD 😛

Well, we watched Yellowstone on My5 tonight, because we can’t get on to Paramount+.
Not that I can’t open an account - I have two, on two different email addresses. Nor that I can’t validate payment; I’ve done that, on one of them at least. Possibly on both.
But when I go on Paramount+ with either, it welcomes me in at first, but then wants me to set up an account. But I just logged in with an account….
So, endless circles. And NatWest offering me the choice of validating a card I don’t have, or failing to validate a card I do have. So I signed up for £0.00 on the card I don’t have, and NatWest was fine, and Apple was fine.
Just that the Paramount+ I signed into happily accepted my sign in, but then wanted me to create an account.
I will need to unpick this mess piece by piece tomorrow, when we’re not trying to use the account to actually watch something, a novel use of it that it apparently doesn’t seem to have occurred to Paramount+ that anybody might want, but I shan’t be very surprised if I discover I’ve hit a bug with third party billing here.
Thank goodness that both are 7 day free trials that I can cancel at will, though I might have burned up two of my email addresses in the process 😢

I signed up via Amazon Prime and had no problems. SKY users appear to be experiencing a lot of difficulties which are all on SKYs side. The service has had a lot of demand applications via the platform which it appears it has had difficulty coping with.

I cancelled Paramount + last night and the 7 day free trial will end next Wednesday. Got an email to confirm it was being cancelled. Till more content comes to Paramount + I will be giving it a miss. Although I did watch Netflix last night and the episode of Greys Anatomy on Now that I missed during the week. I found that well over 50% of my viewing last night was using Disney + and mostly the content on Star.
The Man Who fell to Earth is a good punt if you like sci-fi. As with Star Trek Strange New Worlds the first 3 episodes are available. HALO is a bit meh (5/10). I too am going to cancel after 7 days.
Plus they are about to lose a lot of their Star Trek films, which is embarrassing (due to previous rights contracts signed). Yellowstone aside, Paramount+ isn't really that much to shout about. But I'm not really interested in a modern western drama. I understand its good, but it's not really my bag.
