Watch List disappeared 24 June 2022

Watch List option has disappeared under the 'Recordings and Watch List' section. Only Recordings and Scheduled are showing. I watched something on iplayer to see if it would bring up the watch list and add the programme I was watching but it did not.

    Hi @BSmith,
    I have never experienced this before, but have you checked your PVR is connected to broadband correctly? Also might be worth doing a soft reset: 8 seconds press on top power button. See if this fixes error. The data is stored on the cloud, but this shouldn't cause a problem unless box has a bug in software? If not please let forum know either way and we will try and help further with resetting box. John L
    Can't wait for the day when Youview get rid of the dreaded darkened banner when using fast forward/rewind recordings.

    From what I'm reading of your initial post @BSmith, you're seeing the same screen that Roy posted, but with only two tabs at the top, is that right?
    Could you run a software update in Settings, Software Information?
    And after that tell us the numerical values of the "Platform configuration" and the "ISP configuration"? Thanks!
