Hi All,

Please feel free to discuss the BT TV Box Pro Software Update - 4.0.246 / 0.6.124 in this thread.

This is a maintenance software release for BT TV Box Pro devices which contains no new features.

My set-top box refuses to power off since this update. Is there something I can do to make it power off correctly? It goes off but immediately powers back on again, also preventing my TV powering off as the HDMI activity keeps it powered up as well.

@Rohit is this rollout still going on? I'm still on 4.0.238. I also haven't had the Visual Guide on demand update as yet.

We are now rolling out https://support.youview.com/youview-box/software-updates/bt-software-update-4-0-250-0-6-152/ in a phased fashion. Once this is available for your device it should take 4.0.250 / 0.6.152.

Hi, do we know if BT plans to rollout more HD channel versions (e.g Film 4) to the internet mode channel lineup, to match Sky’s offering?
