No Freeview Channels on BT Box Pro

Hey,

Yesterday we got BT installed and everything has been working perfectly, the only problem is that I can't receive freeview via Internet setup, nor through aerial. I've looked at many forum solutions and tried everything to factory resetting using both aerial and Internet options, retuning channels, updating software...but nothing seems to work. I live in an area where I should be receiving these channels, so it's not a regional problem.

Any insight on what could possibly be the cause to this problem? Thank you.

As you have just had it installed by BT,  I'd suggest you go back to them as they would be able to analyse your internet connection and replace a faulty box.
