Itv hub

Itv hub loads but when you select a program the tv screen goes blank. All other apps are working OK. We have a Sony tv.
Any advice would be helpful

Hi @Molly, are you able to provide some more information please so we can look into this:
    • TV model
    • When you started to see this issue
    • Are there any specific programmes you've seen this with, or are all programmes you attempt to play affected?
    • Does this occur repeatedly if you retry the same programmes?
    • Do you see any adverts, or the ITV logo when selecting a programme?
    Thanks,
    Rohit

I'm experiencing exactly the same issue. ITV hub is opening fine. Its when I select a program that I get a blank screen. It doesn't matter which program I select, get the same result. I've cleared the cache in YouView but problem remains. Very annoy. Currently having to cast from my tablet.

    • TV model
    • When you started to see this issue
    • Does this occur repeatedly if you retry the same programmes?
    • Do you see any adverts, or the ITV logo when selecting a programme?
    Thanks,

My tv is a KD65AG8. It's happening all the time. I've cleared cache and even done a factory reset on the TV. I do see the itv logo when selecting the programme then the screen goes black.
