BT YouView Box not receiving any channels

On the TV itself all the channels are fine but if I go onto YouView I can’t view the guide or any channels. The apps like iPlayer work fine. I’ve retuned the channels and done a factory reset with no joy.

    Nobody else has had a go at your problem, yet, so do you mind if a ask a few supplementary questions?

    Exactly which model of YouView box is it?

    How are you aerial connections wired - coax from wall socket to YouView box Antenna In, and another coax from the YouView box antenna out to the TV?
    Or two separate connections?

    What happens, exactly, when you retune the YouView box?

    When you say you have done a Factory Reset, is the from the Settings menu?
