Please feel free to discuss the Humax Retail Software Update 32.143.10 / 3.8.72 in this thread.

This is a maintenance release rolling out for T2000 devices which contains no new features.

    Since updating the software today, my box no longer scans for new channels properly. There is no longer a progress line for channels  so after 3 or 4 minutes I have to press Stop Scan.

    Hi there - we are looking in to the lack of a status bar, are you able to confirm whether it completes if you leave it running for longer than a few minutes?

    Yes, it completes after a few minutes and all channels are there. However, there is still no status bar.

    Can you tell me if a software update is due to fix this problem please?
