All 4 error on Humax DTRT4000

Hi,
All 4 Player is not working on our Humax box. The menus work and adverts play but then the actual programs fail with error 4102-render-decode.
ISP is Talk Talk.
Software and apps are up to date and power cycling doesn't help..

Component software 3.8.70 (951eeb)

Any ideas anyone?

issue seems to occur due to the programming and adverts being housed on different servers

Which sends you back to this forum using the link there and is in relation to TalkTalk boxes, albeit it does seem to have affected other boxes too.

The issue is reported in the original thread as occurring on TalkTalk broadband connection and the post on the their community does suggest it is a known problem.  Is the box make relevant (possibly) , is the router and it’s settings relevant (possibly) is the ISP relevant (possibly). Or is it simply a Channel 4 server issue.

If it was as simple as that, then we should get reports of players failing to go  into the adverts.

I have never seen a single one of those.

    Funny, that 😛

ITV Player has always been fine, but I'm not sure if All 4 has ever worked since I switched ISP to Talk Talk, and it is not an intermittent issue as the above link suggests (Never felt the need to test C5). The YouView box is definitely ISP aware as it changed the branding as soon as I switched.

Sadly it seems no fixes have been proposed anywhere. Changing DNS to Google hasn't helped. It seems I'm to be stuck in the middle of a three way YouView - TalkTalk - Channel 4 shoulder sloping exercise.
