Not recording

We have 3 by vision boxes. All are not recording the correct channels and on the guid display the wrong time and programme

    Do you mean you have 3 BT Youview boxes. For the BT Vision service stopped a few years ago.
    what is the make of your boxes and how have you got them connected to the internet.

    To add to what @Darren said above, are all the boxes, if indeed YouView boxes, connected to an aerial system that provides a correct programme guide when connected directly to your TVs?
