The remote is working but nothing happens when I press the blue y button.
Help.

Get your mobile phone, and point its camera at the sender on the end of the remote. You should then be able to see the IR flickers as you press buttons on the remote.

Can you see flickers for the buttons that work, but not for the Y button?

If so, look for something making this button stick, like a biscuit crumb down the side of it, and so on.

If this doesn’t fix it, try new batteries in the remote.
