No internet
I don't have a internet connection. Only on my phone.
My Humax Dtr-t1010 hd 500g box (I know it's an old model) has rebooted itself to the very beginning, how can I set it up without internet is it even possible?

I not sure if you can set up a Youview box with out an internet connection.
I know all the basic tech stuff and enough to get by but even myself will ask for help once in a while.
@Roy seems to be the one in the know when it comes to Youview and tech stuff.
Once set up unplug and return home..plug it in and it should work fine as a freeview pvr.
Obviously no Internet means no catch up or App's.
I think @kodikid has the right idea here. But if you stray outside your local transmitter area when visiting family and friends, remember to retune the broadcast channels when you get home again 😛
For a more comprehensive solution, [EDIT] [if you get the box going again ©️ @jonesh] get a nanorouter, with which, if you have a suitable data plan on your phone (might be a big if, though) you can start a hotspot on your phone, and connect your YouView box to the internet that way, either just from time to time to get any updates going 😛, or to consume however much content off the apps as you can afford.
In a house dripping with wired internet points in practically every room, but a router with only three inputs and nowhere in the cupboard to cram in my 8-way switch (yes, I know, bad planning), my fourth wired device, a second YouView box, is linked to the router by this nanorouter, a TP-Link TL-WR902AC, and it works seamlessly.

Depending on your needs though, there are links on that page to a cheaper, simpler, model, and a 3G/4G one, with a virtual SIM I assume, but I have no direct experience of either of these. ( I have used a 3G router in the past, and it was fine, but that was before YouView was even released).
