YouView Box & Change in UK time to British Summer Time
Hello, a quick question if I may.....
As we all know, yesterday we changed from Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) to British Summer Time (BST). I have a Huawei YouView Box which I periodically have to use a "TV Box Maintenance Reset" to get over "freezing" or other issues. This is not ideal but, until now, has always "solved" the problem, even if it returns later.
Yesterday my box did NOT automatically "change" it's "clock time" following the switch from GMT to BST (as it always had automatically done on previous changes). That is to say, that the box continued (and indeed still continues) to show its time in GMT, and also continues showing the program timings in the "TV Guide" in GMT. This is quite confusing.
I've tried a Maintenance Reset, but it hasn't solved the problem.

We are aware of the issue with the Time on some boxes currently. We are working with TalkTalk to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
