The lost hour

I'm continually an hour early for any appointment I have to leave the house for and anybody coming to see me at home is an hour late. Why is this? What is going on? I am totally confused by these events. I'm thinking of calling the police. Is it some fiendish Chinese government plan to confuse me more than usual. It's working. I'm well *****d now. Help me please.

    Isn’t it the other way round? You are always an hour late, and people coming to see you arrive an hour early.

    But the cause is obvious; you have a TalkTalk YouView box strapped to your wrist.

    Try an alarm clock instead 😛
