Cant see itvhub or 4 in you view

Hi i upgraded my wifi and had no internet service for two days. Once it was fixed I am unable to see itv hub and 4 in the youview - i can only see them in the Sony Select option.  How do i make them visable in youview again please?

    Have you tried opening them there?

    I believe that then makes them visible in ‘Live TV & Catch Up’

    If not, please post again with your TV model number, as YouView has gone through so many iterations on these Sony Android TVs, from model year to model year, that it’s impossible to give general advice that works across all of them 😢

    Hi thanks for the reply, yes we have accessed them through Sony Select but it hasnt made any difference unfortunately.  We have tried amending all sort of settings but nothing seems to solve it. Any ideas greatly appreciated. See attachments

    Just a thought, as this is a 2020 set; you do have an aerial connected, and you have retuned the TV since the outage?

    Hi ive just fixed it.  I went into sony select and clicked the youview app in there and then it took me through the registration putting in my postcode and then autotuning and then it said completed and i checked the players in youview and there are now visable! Thanks for your replies.
