no adult channels in Youview channel list

on my old and my new TV with inbuilt Freeview i can access the adult channels  670, 673,674, 678, 699.

 

However these channels do not appear in the YouView channel list despite deactivating the adult content setting and retuning.

 

Does anyone know why?

    Yes, because you would have hidden them on set up.

    You can unhide in settings

    I can get them, I find…

    Settings/Parental Controls/Restrict Rated Programmes

    Adult Channels & Categories/Show
    Restrict Rated Programmes/Off

    No need to retune.

    Maybe you still have the first setting as Hide?
