Can’t access I Player

None of my Sony tvs can access the I Player.  This has been happening since Thursday 27th April. I can access all the other players just not the IPlayer. Code given as YVM2104. I have turned the tvs off and on again 3 times and it still doesn’t work

    Can't wait for the day when Youview get rid of the dreaded darkened banner when using fast forward/rewind recordings.

    Try retuning your TVs. The page that @John L references has a Service Alert at the top, about the BBC1 changes that happened the day before, and this has certainly affected all my YouView boxes, which have each requested a retune.

    The same is likely on your Sony TVs, as the Players are rather tightly and uncomfortably bound to their respective TV channels; but the Sony TVs may not be as good at requesting a retune as the YouView boxes are.

    You don’t say which models of Sony TVs you have, but I’m guessing early (2015-2019) Android?
