Normally when OK button is depressed one gets program details of the current selected channel, – not happening. Also Info button doesn't bring up any information. Have re-tuned several times and switched off box and restarted to re-boot system. Any ideas on what I've not tried or doing correctly?

(Addition to original post) Watching TV should not be this problematic. Especially if you are paying for a service that is not being provided. I resent having to resort to a "support community" when the service provider is responsible and should provide direct support.

Not sure if this will help but you could try a deeper reboot. There's no risk of losing anything. Instead of just switching off & on, try this. The hold in the big button on the front, I think it's about ten seconds until it goes off & comes on again. If this doesn't work you will need to contact your provider. I.e. BT or talk talk. BT have a youview forum & you can contact technical services (the Mods) via this site. Hope this helps. Mike

What happened when you contacted your service provider about your issues, before coming to this support community?

I mean, you did know you could do that, and you did it, didn't you?

Or did they hand you off to us?

Thanks for getting back. No, I didn't know that – will give it a try. Thanks again.
