Having returned from a short trip away my box won't respond to most commands from the remote. Eventually got into recordings and managed to play a recording but no functions work such as pause/FF etc. Tried a remote off son's more modern box with same result. 36% free memory, done re-boot but don't want to go for factory reset and lose all recordings. Is this anything to do with latest SF update and how do I solve the problem?
