Youview not connecting to internet

Youview box cannot seem to find our router via our wireless extenders or an ethernet cable. We set up our box with the extenders originally about a month ago and it was working perfectly but over the last week or so it had refused to find the router. Both of the extenders had all 3 lights on so I imagine they are working fine. So tonight we tried to set the box up using an ethernet cable but it's not working like that either. Any advice would be great? Thanks

    Touch the On/Standby button on the left of the fascia (most boxes, though it is the central ring you touch on the original T1000s) for just over 8 seconds, and let it soft reboot.

    Any better?
