Problem with tile image

On the channel blaze they broadcast a program called hardcore pawn which is set in a pawn shop in Detroit in the USA. Lifetime also broadcast this program. This program is repeats as the program is currently not in production.

Problem is the tile for the program on lifetime is correct but unfortunately the tile for the blaze repeat is not.

The blaze repeat unfortunately shows a image of the spin off cast hardcore pawn Chicago which it should not be the people in the picture don't feature in the hardcore pawn programme. I had hoped it would sort itself out eventually but it's been like this for weeks now.

Just more symptoms of an 'update' release that is not fit for purpose.

"Not fit for purpose" describes the latest update perfectly.

Please explain how the update is supposed to guard against incorrect broadcaster-supplied information?

Any update in this because it's still the same? Sarah can you ask about this again please. I appreciate sanj don't monitor the forums any more. Maybe this slipped though the cracks during my month off or the transition period.

Sarah do you have any update on this issue? A blank tile would be better than the wrong tile if they can't get the correct image.

    Hi Daniel,

I've looked into this again today with our Content team and they are aware and have looked into it, however it appears to be a more isolated issue rather then a widespread issue. We'll keep an eye on it and if it starts becoming a wider issue we'll raise this further.

    Thanks
    Sarah
