Poor Signal Strength on a Few Channels?

Hi all,

I have an issue with a few SD channels, namely Yesterday and Pick. Signal Quality is 100% but strength hovers around 50% and the picture constantly breaks up and is unwatchable.

Go to the likes of BBC HD etc and I'm at 85% strength and never have an issue.

Aerial was installed by BT when i moved from Sky and has been fine up to about two weeks ago.

Any ideas?
