  Typo 2016/2016, not 2015/2016.

  Downloaded the software onto USB & this will not work, tried at least 20 times yesterday, this may give my 2015, 2K/HD, KDL43W809C a new lease of life.

  Yes I did. Every time, to no avail.
  it should come at some point, but the Sony TV’s needs this update if it can kill the numerous bugs. Android Nougat could be the saving grace to a generally brilliant TV.

  Worked last night.
  At the umpteenth attempt!!!
  No real immediate improvement of note.
  Settings on right hand side seems better but cuts off edge of current playing TV show, instead of having full view as a smaller screen, also greys it out for no reason.
  Also no mini TV on my Sony as Picture in Picture is not available on model numbers that end with a C & just my luck I have a Sony Bravia Android TV with model number KDL-43W809C. 
  If there is any improvement or wow moment I will be back (don’t hold ur breath though).
  
  im guessing YouView is the same on the Sony TV’s as it always has been. Still no reason to dip back for a look?

   The 5.318.0167 update installed without a glitch and solved two issues ... the short beep randomly occurring on a channel change ... and the lip sync issue on some Amazon videos.  Will update if further benefits transpire.  Thank you to the SONY update team!!!
