Hi all,

Please use this thread to discuss the Humax Retail Software Update 32.18.10 / 3.6.86.

This is a maintenance release for T2000 boxes and contains no new user facing features.

    In the last 3 days my box has come on twice itself into maintenance mode. Software is 32.18.10 3.6.36bffd93. Box is a DTR2000 working ok just now

    I fear it will do the same in 3.6.86   :(

    But if/when it comes on in Maintenance Mode next, can you try a Mode 4?

    I just did no 1, software reset

    Dear Sarah
    I wrote to you a few months ago as my box wouldn't play ITV hub but did work for iplayer. Last week my box was stuck in nearly ready on start up, through the help on your website I managed to do a factory reset. Unfortunately I lost all our recordings but never mind good news the box is working again. It downloaded the latest software which has changed the way Myth works but we can now watch ITV hub as well as the other channel players.
