Blue time bar on programme guide is 4 minutes fast

In the ‘guide’ screen, when the clock in the top right corner says a time, say 10.00pm the blue bar down the screen presenting the current time indicates 10.04pm. This results in any recording set, starting four minutes early and FINISHING FOUR MINUTES EARLY. 
Please help.

    Would you be able to let us know your box make and model, along with the software version you are running? This can be found by pressing Help on your remote and then (i).
