Hi all,

Please use this thread to discuss the most recent Humax retail software update 32.35.10 / 3.6.146.

This release includes a Players & Apps being renamed to 'Apps' in the main menu and a bug fix where recordings would continue to play when the box was put into standby.

    I don’t know if it is related to the update, but since this morning my humax is stuck in a start up cycle. 
    I switched it off and when I switched back on, The message appears about “start up” and works through the normal screens and then it just restarts again and just runs onto a continuous start up routine. Never makes it to the final menu screen and tv channel.

    Can you let us know how your box is connected to the internet? Can you also confirm that your box is a T2000? There should be a sticker on the back of the box if you're not too sure :)

    Hi!
    yes it is a DTR-T2000. It is connected to the internet via Ethernet cable to our router.

    Are there any more functions being added to the voice control capability?

    We haven't added anything else to it yet however if this changes we will announce it on the forum when the update goes out.

    Apologies for missing this @andrew3. Is your box still having this same issue? Are you able to enter into a maintenance mode on the box?
