I reset my box today and suddenly youview is bringing up a YVM5004 error, the guide isn't showing at all, I've unpaired then re-paired but still no joy, is it currently down at present?

@RoyB It pairs ok, it's the next stage after that where the issue is, so it finds the box fine but then I get that error after the spinning blue circle for abit.
