YouView App - Android 10 - Pixel 4

I am unable to connect the youview app to my box. 
Phone: Pixel 4
Android 10
Box: DTRT2100
Get error YMV5010 when searching for box from app.

Box can see internet.
Phone connected to same router as box.
Tried the airplane node suggestion.

    Try connecting with mobile data disabled.

    Agreed, T2100, Android 10, Galaxy S10, won't connect to my box despite being able to see it. Nothing appears on the screen of the TV. But, also not connecting on an Android 9 tablet. The former is a new phone but the latter used to connect without a problem...
