No channels

I have had no TV channels since luch time yesterday.
I have checked all connections, re-set the box, returned the channels but still nothing.

    Plug the aerial directly into your TV, and retune that. What happens?
    These tests for COVID-19 might get right up my nose, if only I could get one

    Hi,
    I have tried this, I have also bought and tried another aerial cable and internal aerial that have not worked

    They did not work directly in the TV either.  :'(

    Hi @MrsB
    Welcome to the forum. 
    If it's not working in the TV either, it's likely that there's either an issue with your aerial or the transmitter you are tuned to. 
    Can you please go to the Freeview website and enter your door number and postcode in the section where it says 'Check Freeview at my home' and let us know which transmitter is expects you to be tuned to? We can then look into whether there are any issues we're aware of occurring at that transmitter.

    And if it’s not the transmitter, contact a local aerial specialist for help.

    An indoor aerial not working either points to a transmitter problem, but there are some locations where an indoor aerial won’t get anything, even though the transmitter is fine,
