talktalk D-Link box red light. No access to YouView. Error message YUM102

Last year TalkTalk and BT made many visits to improve my internet signal.  They provided a new D-Link box Model DHP W610AV.  Yesterday, the third red light (?home wi-fi) on that box flashes red and I cannot get You View, Guides etc.  An hour's chat with T alkTalk got me no where.  I have checked all the connectors and restarted router and TalkTalk box by the TV (DN360T).  Still the red light flashes.
I am a 76 year old techno idiot.  What do I do now please ?

    I'd recommend you sign up for the Talktalk forum and explain your issues there. The OCE's (staff) are Talktalks best kept secret, and they will assess your problem and replace faulty equipment.
    The forum is not in real time and it can take up to 24 hours for a response, but you will get one that suits you.

    Ensure all your personal details are complete , including your landline number as this is used to tie up with your account.
