Brought new bravia and cant watch the itvhub all4 and my5 catch up apps
I've done factory reset twice and checked updates but still the same
Please help

    Jer67, welcome to the forum. This seems to be the top10 Youview question asked at the moment. When you setup your TV, did you tick all the boxes mentioning Youview? If you haven't, then I would guess this is the problem. I would go through setup again and very carefully check you have ticked the boxes on Sony TV. Please let the forum know if this solved the problem. Sony and Youview should revamp their setup instructions slightly clearer to overcome the problem. John L
    Can't wait for the day when Youview get rid of the dreaded darkened banner when using fast forward/rewind recordings.

    Hi @Jer67

    To enable all players you have to have YouView enabled and an aerial connection.

    Yep connected and you view working
    Can watch BBC catch up with no probs also can watch the adverts prior to the programs we want to watch on itv hub all4 and my5

    Welcome to the forum :):smile:
    Can you please go to Settings > Initial Set Up and from here, please ensure you have "Sony Smart TV Services" ticked? We've had a number of reports from users unable to use certain apps because this setting has not been ticked. 
    Let us know if this doesn't help at all and we can investigate further :)
