App not syncing channels

Hi, ive posted this on the Plusnet forum JIC its specific to their service...
Anyway my Youview mobile app isnt displaying the extra (IP) channels I get with their service in the tv guide but does show the recordings.
I have rebooted the box by holding power button, unpaired then repaired my phone, un/reinstalled the app, cleared cache & data but no luck.
Many moons ago when I had TalkTalk it synced no issue but this isnt playing ball. Any advice much appreciated as always here!

    The app is being phased out and it could be you are one of those to lose connection early. 
    I'm no longer using it and getting used to setting recordings manually again.

    Aye I tried to remote record a couple of things on Freeview and nowt :-( gutted as I just signed up with Plusnet...
