Hi all, 

Please use this thread to discuss the most recent Humax Retail software update 32.46.10 / 3.7.34 for T2000 devices.

This is a maintenance release which contains some bug fixes and no new features.

    Has this update disconnected my internet connection, that's two boxes which will not connect now

    Hi @aedwar80
    This update shouldn't have caused any issues relating to your internet connection. Have you tried rebooting your router?

    I've just carried out a reboot and the connection has been made, thankyou. While I have you as a problem solver my dtrt1000 failed this process and humax customer care suggested a factory reset. Result box cannot be set up because it cannot connect to the internet.what can I do to make this happen?
